2016/2017 Annual Dues Changes

The Board has heard from members about  their concern regarding the 2016/2017 Annual Dues increase.  The reason for the significant increase was to incorporate security services into our annual budget and convert those expenses from a special assessment to annual dues.  Therefore there will not be a special assessment this year.

March 24, 2016-- The Annual Membership Meeting of the Lake Greenhaven Homeowners Association will be held on Thursday, May 26 at 7PM at the Elks Lodge at 6446 Riverside Blvd.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the general business of the Association and tally the results of the election of Board Members.
Board Members serve for a 2 year Term.  There are 4 Board Member terms that end in 2016.  If you are interested in becoming a candidate for the Board, notify the Management Company by 5PM April 15, 2016.
